Definitely some communication issues here. Informed them we wanted detailed along w the recall service and said we would pick up the car on Saturday. Serviced called Friday afternoon and sai Informed them we wanted detailed along w the recall service and said we would pick up the car on Saturday. Serviced called Friday afternoon and said car was ready, but no detailing available because he/she went to lunch and didn’t come back. Then they called me back and said detailer came back and would detail the car and charged us full detailing price. When we picked up the car, it had only been washed! No detailing but charged us. We asked for and got a refund. More
