I have never been to a dealership that everyone was so professional and attentive. They both made the process so easy and smooth. At no point did I feel rushed. Fendy paradon was also amazing. He made sure he took his time explaining how my car works and all the perks I have. Overall my experience was great! I plan to go back for any vehicle concerns and refer as many people as I can. You guys rock! More

Paul made it easy for us with no pressure and very professional. Ricardo in finance department was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting us all lined out with the extra insurance coverage and put our remaining time on the new car. Very professional no pressure just informed us in a positive way. These 2 gentlemen made it a pleasurable best two I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. More

And, ... Perhaps you've guessed where this is going ... Upon my arrival—NO VEHICLE; "Sorry, the car was sold ... we have a deposit on the vehicle. THIS after no fewer than four confirmations. They certainly can—they choose not to. That's what you get when smoke-and-mirrors are your MO—A Shell Game. Note: I later noticed Wallace Genesis attempts to sell used car certifications at a hefty price on their used cars [$899 to $1999 that I noticed] — Nothing shady about that at all ... More
