Takes awhile to get things done but I do feel confident they are done right. The gentleman who took care of me his name is Pete. He is nice but very " disorganized " . His desk is a mess . My keys were lost for over 20 mins . This after I paid and already waited 5 hours for my car. My appt was at 10:30 and they didn't get done until 3:30. Rear breaks and an oil change. I was not happy. My anxiety was up thinking my keys were gone. Eventually they were found . All was good More
