They have improved the Genesis service dept by creating a separate waiting area but they still don't offer loaner cars and I don't like getting into Uber cars that smell like smoke or pick up trucks (I'm too separate waiting area but they still don't offer loaner cars and I don't like getting into Uber cars that smell like smoke or pick up trucks (I'm too old and small) The phone takes forever and no one actually answers the Service Dept most times. Not as friendly as the Gettel Dodge in Punta Gorda. I was expecting more from the dealer as it is a luxury vehicle but it seemed to be average at best. I purchased Genesis air valve caps from the onlin I was expecting more from the dealer as it is a luxury vehicle but it seemed to be average at best. I purchased Genesis air valve caps from the online store and when I got home after service the right front and rear caps were missing. I called my service manager and said he would look into it. He didn’t as I never heard back from him. The service technician probably forgot to put them back on. Now I have to buy more. I will try the Fort Myers location. More
