I called and spoke with James, had the Cadillac XT5 ready for us to take a look and test drive. James made sure that she her needs we met. She gave him the out the door price. He went to see Ryan with her pr for us to take a look and test drive. James made sure that she her needs we met. She gave him the out the door price. He went to see Ryan with her price, and they took it. James had the car cleaned and filled the gas tank while we were with Ryan. Ryan took us onto his office for the paperwork. Which was as fast as the rest of the deal. Ryan expand the extended warranty to her and it was right for us. So we bought it. It was a great place to buy a car. WE WILL BE BACK! Thanks to all. More

Stay away from this dealership. Gebhardt sold me a vehicle that they told me was in perfect working order. When I received the vehicle the sound (radio, car play, even basic safety Gebhardt sold me a vehicle that they told me was in perfect working order. When I received the vehicle the sound (radio, car play, even basic safety functionality such as seat belt notifications) did not work. I am located in NY so this was an inter-state purchase. It took the dealership over 2.5 months to get my registration processed. Overall, they were quick to take my money, slow to finish the registration process and failed to disclose basic functionality issues with the vehicle. They are not ethical or professional. The repairs will cost me over $5,000. More
