Genuine helpfulness & True Respect Both Ryan & Alyx were super considerate of our personal circumstances, (recent job change & new baby limited our availability to be at the dealership) Both Ryan & Alyx were super considerate of our personal circumstances, (recent job change & new baby limited our availability to be at the dealership). We were able to finalize all of the negotiations via email with Alyx and then when we came to the dealership, Ryan was very accommodating of our limited time. He helped us to understand all the features of our Pilot and answered or got us the answers to any questions that we asked him. Ryan made the delivery process very smooth and easy. He also checked in with us after the sale to make sure we were still loving our new SUV without being pushy or obtrusive. Ryan & Alyx made our new car buying experience at Casey Honda a real pleasure. No down side. Thank you! More
