Hyundai Sonata Limited 2015 Ryan was very helpful in choosing the vehicle. He went the extra distance to bring several models out for review and choosing. He also came and picked me up for the final purchase, as I was without a ride. As I was initially in the market for just looking, he didn't push the buy issue. The price was within my budget and there was no haggling (which I dreaded). The dealer had brochures, (others did not) which made looking at options easy (telling someone to go to the web doesn't hack it). He answered all of my questions. The dealership is clean. Ryan made sure I was familiar with the car before leaving. The purchase went very quickly and without stress. So far, so good More

I couldn't be happier with the level of friendliness, customer service & respect I received at Northtowne. Ryan and Ken were both wonderful and easy to work with. I never felt pressured once. Ryan took the time to go over the nuances of the car at the time of purchase. I left feeling comfortable with where everything was. Christian fully explained everything as far as the financing was concerned in a way that was easy to understand. Bravo guys! Well done!!! More
