My wife and I met with sales associate Himmy P during the week of 18 Aug 2025. He was fantastic, and provided us with a written offer on a 2025 Santa Cruz. We went home to discuses the offer and work our f week of 18 Aug 2025. He was fantastic, and provided us with a written offer on a 2025 Santa Cruz. We went home to discuses the offer and work our finances. Returned on 25 Aug to sign contract, and make purchase. Himmy was off, had to "work with" another sales associate. No problem, nice guy... However, when we presented the hard copy document that Himmy drafted, with full out the door price, the new sales associate stated. " Sales manager Ryan could not approve the offer", and he countered the Boucher written offer with a new offer approximately $250 more that our original offer Boucher gave us. We walked out the door! Sad way to be treated by their staff and we are repeat customers of sales and service. Not any more! More
