We have been a customer of McKenney Chevrolet for many, many years. We bought Camaro's for our sons, and they are now 52 and 49 yrs old! It has been a pleasure coming for service of our vehicles and Ryan Ghantt taking care of us. We have enjoyed our Tahoe's and Silverado. We even bought our son a Silverado and a used Trail Blazer for his wife when our grandson was going through surgery and treatment for a brain tumor. Ray McKenney worked with us for the best deal they could give at our time of need getting our grandson from Boone to Charlotte for his treatments and having a vehicle we knew would get them safely to Charlotte. Tom Carr has taken good care of us and before Tom, Robert Jacobs took excellent care of us. Don Willis also took excellent care of us. You can see why we are a loyal customer and keep coming back. I found for the most part McKenney Chevrolet was a good place to do business with. However some things seemed a bit slow in the process of purchasing my new Terrain Denali. They have always been courteous and willing to help. I recently bought a new GMC Terrain and would also like to commend the sales staff. The sales rep. along with Dick and Matt Surbeck and Robert Jacobs were also were very helpful in making us feel at ease with the process. More
