I was buying the truck remotely and expected the truck to
be accurately represented. We reached an agreement on price and I paid in full for the truck. The shipping process took over a week to set up and whe

The shipping process took over a week to set up and when the shipping company arrived they noted hail damage all over the truck. None of the damage was represented by Ryan and he did not take the time or energy to bother making sure the truck was accurately represented. It took multiple efforts to get my money back and I did not receive any follow up after.

Sold me a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Chevy 2500 HD VIN:
1GC4YNE70MF171427 that allegedly had a 172pt inspection. They delivered the truck with an electrical issue that required the truck to be sent to anot

They delivered the truck with an electrical issue that required the truck to be sent to another dealer for repair on day 1 of receipt, which took 2 weeks to repair. The truck was also low on engine coolant, was dripping oil from the filter they installed, and the windshield wipers were falling apart. All items that were supposed to be checked during the inspection. The response from Ryan was “good news is the truck is certified and should be covered under warranty”…and their remedy was to try to sell me an extended warranty at their cost. I returned the truck. DO NOT TRUST their service department to do anything correctly or do a pre-sale inspection.
