We were met by Ryan as we came into the dealership; nothing pushy just a kind welcome and how are you doing today. We told Ryan we were interested in the used Hyundai Venue that we saw on the dealership website, and he knew exactly the car we were interested. It was being detailed and photographed at the time, but he went back and brought out front for us to see, He knew everything about the car and explained that it was a manufacturer certified vehicle that would be a great car to own. We went for a test drive and came and said we would like to purchase the car, so let's "talk turkey". Ryan explained the dealership's upfront pricing policy and how it works. It was an extremely fair price for the car, and the only additions were fees to the state (tax, tags and title). Even thought there were quite a few customers the paperwork was done quickly and we were on our way out the door in about 2 hours. that is like lightning speed from start to finish. If you are looking for a nice pre-owned car the dealership has a large and varied inventory. And, ask for Ryan Hawley when you arrive - he is great. He knows his stuff and understands what is important to his customer. He will not disappoint you. Great experience and Ryan and Hyundai of Central Florida are both highly recommended. More
