I brought my car in to have a recall (sunroof) fixed. I also mentioned that while cleaning the inside of the front window, I bumped my rearview mirror and it was loose, and I was hesitant to "adjust" it ba also mentioned that while cleaning the inside of the front window, I bumped my rearview mirror and it was loose, and I was hesitant to "adjust" it back in myself. They said they would adjust it for me, and it wouldn't take much. Well, whatever effort it took resulted in a labor charge of $87.....to adjust it into the clip that holds in in place. $87! When I questioned it, I was told by person at service desk they couldn't remove the charge. I then waited to speak to someone about why the cost was so much, after 30 minutes I ran out of time to wait. They said someone would call to resolve & credit my credit card but nobody ever called. To me, it was 100% a money grab. I could see $20/$25 for the portion of any hour it maaaaybe took to adjust the mirror, but $87!! I will not ever take my car here again and would recommend going avoiding this dealership. More

Mercedes had a very good reputation of ma "Avoid this Mercedes dealership" A few weeks ago I bought a used 2015 GLK350 4MATIC from this dealership. Mercedes had a very good reputation of making vehicles and the car is beautiful. However, I would suggest avoid this dealership because they did not fulfill their promise, even a very simple one. The car I bought missed a seat belt buckle and a multimedia cable adapter. The agent who sold the car to me promise he will have these two simple parts fixed and if necessary, will mail to my home address. However, it never came. No communication, no courtesy greetings asking how the car goes, not even an excuse that why the parts has not ready yet. I actually don't care about the parts because it is widely available from after-market sellers and cheap. So I started being paranoid about my prepaid 3-year service that cost about $1700. I actively contact them about the financing issue and would like to talk to the finance manager in the dealership, to request a refund of a service I have not yet used. I called three times in two days and left my number. Guess what, they never call back. Not even my car agent do anything about it. I would suggest anyone to avoid this Mercedes dealership. Even KIA is doing better than this one. More
