Everyone should experience MBFW sales and service! My experience with MBFW service center has aways been excellent. Besides my salesman, Fred Milke, the service is the main reason I deal with MBFW. your salesman chip gets a five whoever inspects the car for the rhirty point inspection gets a negative five stars bc they left my power seats unplugged(documented) screwed up the factory finish when they for the rhirty point inspection gets a negative five stars bc they left my power seats unplugged(documented) screwed up the factory finish when they detailed(documented and has to be fixed) and you delivered a car with a full blown speaker so i have to come back in. dont say inspected pre owned certified and not do it you farm put to subvendprs and lie to pretned its merecedes quality work they have messed up three of my mercedes now DO NOT USE xxxxIN THIRD PARTY SUBVENDORS YOU HAVE NO QUALITY CONTROL AND IF I HAVE TO BRING IT BACK IN ITS NO A COST SAVINGS next time it happens im filing litigation with the SEC its bait and switch its illegal my car is coming back in if you xxxx it up again il going full on naming you as defendents for selling products you say meet Mercedes standards and dont its not legal-- addendum if you leave a negative teview their sales directly will reach out directly and try to force a refund on you and then harass you continuously till you either agree to a refund or going to court. This man wasnt supposed to reach out about this review and looked me up internally in the computer in and reach out directly in a thinly veiled attempt to cajole me. Repugnant More

Poor Experience I took my car for my tires and a sensor issue which they had to order a special part for the next day. The issue was resolved but I had also mentioned I took my car for my tires and a sensor issue which they had to order a special part for the next day. The issue was resolved but I had also mentioned that the tire pressures were off. The team had returned the car with the new break sensor (which was covered under warranty) but did not add air to the tires or even mention something was wrong with them. After paying MB over $60,000 for my car the least you would expect is some air worth pennies to be added and adjusted to my tires. I am a health care provider and barely have time to do all this extra car maintenance which should have been done since the car was already being looked at. I ended up stopping at a gas station on way back after picking my car and just added the air by myself. A few weeks later I had a nail in my tire that caused the air pressure to drop so I had taken my car back the second time. The representatives stated it could be fixed with plug. I also mentioned one of my tires had a random air bubble that appeared a few days ago, which now required a new tire. I ended up spending over $500 for a new tire,plug and additional fees. They returned my car with a free car wash which actually made me very angry because a few weeks back when I came back for the sensor issue they didn't give me a car wash or didn't bother correcting the air pressure. My family has owned MB cars for generations now but I have never seen such cheap service. More

The people receiving the cars are attentive with me when I am ex The sales people are friendly they actually speak and or greet you with pleasantries.
