They are committed to making the customer happy. I purchased a SUV here the salesman Kevin Newmann asked me what type of SUV I wanted, He had the car and the paperwork ready the day I arrived. I also gave my insurance information he had that arranged as well. I was in an out in under two hours I actually think it was under an hour but I can't be exactly sure, so I will say two hours to error on the side of caution. This included sitting and signing with finance and choosing optional packages. There were no hidden fees. Even though this is a high end vehicle the sales people are very down to earth and HONEST. No pressure. Mercedes Fort Washington is the best!!! This is my second vehicle from them. More
