VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS STAFF I had to bring my car in initially because someone rear-ended it. The dealership contracts out some of their bodywork apparently and the body shop di I had to bring my car in initially because someone rear-ended it. The dealership contracts out some of their bodywork apparently and the body shop didn't match the bumper color to the car. When brought to the attention of the dealership staff, they immediately took care of the issue. When we found the bodyshop missed something else along the way, the dealership ensured things were fixed correctly. They also ensured that I had a loaner car and minimized my inconvenience. Realizing none of these issues were of their making, they really took good care of me. More

Insulting and disreguarding concerns Christina Lowe was very insulting and disrespectful. I felt attacked. On multiple conversations about the service Christina insisted that the brakes w Christina Lowe was very insulting and disrespectful. I felt attacked. On multiple conversations about the service Christina insisted that the brakes were not installed by mercedes Benz. I brought it to the service manager's attention and he said that "Christina should have stopped at some point and she didn't know that the brakes were from mercedes Benz" but he never apologized or fixed the problem. When the manager confirmed that the brakes were from mercedes Benz Christina never apologized either. In fact, the concern that I had about the car was for some reason omitted from the service paper that I received. There was no mention of the problem. In Christina's words, "the issue was duplicated but unable to fix because she claims that my brakes were not from mercedes benz." In the manger's words, "the noise is not as loud as before". At this point I'm still hearing the noise and I need the issue fixed. Thank you. More

Who was that guy? I've been a loyal customer for Mercedes of Fort Washington ever since I bought the vehicle from there. I've always scheduled services and got serviced I've been a loyal customer for Mercedes of Fort Washington ever since I bought the vehicle from there. I've always scheduled services and got serviced at that specific location since I liked their service a lot. Recently I wanted to install the Hitch on my GLC300, so I called in to inquire about it. Parts people answers about the price for the parts only and transferred me to service department so I can ask about the labor price. Whoever answered phone yesterday, I was a bit shocked about his question. He asked me, "Why didn't you install it when you buy the vehicle, that could have been so easy." Welll.... plans change, and am I not allowed to install it once I pass the purchase time point? Seriously, what kind of attitude is that? More
