Took care of my problem. I have had a problem with my "check engine light" for over a year but ea time I brought it in light was out, but they made note of it. Replacement of right side mirror assembly. I broke the right side mirror of my Mercedes. Took to Fort Washington M-B for quote. Receiver quickly and courteously. Scheduled appointment for rep I broke the right side mirror of my Mercedes. Took to Fort Washington M-B for quote. Receiver quickly and courteously. Scheduled appointment for repair. Brought car on for repair and received loaner M-B. Repair done in one day. My M-B returned cleaned. No additional charges on bill. Thank you very much! More

S550 needed State Inspection and A05 Service. I waited for the work to be completed. While waiting, I was informed that the Brake Pads were Borderline. I OK'd new Brake Pads and Rotar clean-up. C I waited for the work to be completed. While waiting, I was informed that the Brake Pads were Borderline. I OK'd new Brake Pads and Rotar clean-up. Car is now like "new". More

Service is good. Labor charges are so high I brought my car for service. They diagnosed the problem and told that would cost $5,100 includes Labour charges of $1600.
