Worst service EVER! I bought my car off my lease. Had to take the car in 3 times for a recall. The service team called me and told me that the car would be ready on Mo I bought my car off my lease. Had to take the car in 3 times for a recall. The service team called me and told me that the car would be ready on Monday. I got to the dealer and the final inspection was not completed. I had to wait another hour and a half. When the vehicle was finished and the paperwork was completed to purchase the car, the rep pulled up a car that was not cleaned inside. Great look for a car I just payed over $40,000 to purchase. Worst customer service ever More

I realize it's a Mercedes, but the service prices are absurd. $695 for a battery? $160 for a glue-on emblem that can be bought on Amazon for $15.00. C'mon.
