I was stuck an hour away from home with a flat tire. Mercedes road side assistance was less than helpful. I brought my recently purchased car in for what was descriibed as "Express Service." It then took 3 1/2 hours for them to diagnose a bad tire and replace it. This type of service is generally provide descriibed as "Express Service." It then took 3 1/2 hours for them to diagnose a bad tire and replace it. This type of service is generally provided in less than 45 minutes at a regular tire store. And was expensive. More

Everyone was so pleasant and considerate,. The entire service team worked with me to show that problems I didn't realize had to be fixed.
