Poor service, Rep told me my car couldn't be inspected although they contacted me with an inspection appt and a Service A. When I went to pick up my car I'm told they can inspect it and now I have to wai although they contacted me with an inspection appt and a Service A. When I went to pick up my car I'm told they can inspect it and now I have to wait at the dealer (which defeats the purpose of dropping it off in the first place). The kicker is that the second rep was dishonest - telling me that he tried to call me to let me know the car could be inspected. I guest the 2nd rep forgot that when you call someone there is a missed call, a voicemail.... He never called me. Liar!! More
