RUN RUN RUN Beginning of Feb 2026 we started tossing the idea of trading in our 2023 Nissan Rouge lease early and getting something different. We knew there would be some money owed rolled over into a new l idea of trading in our 2023 Nissan Rouge lease early and getting something different. We knew there would be some money owed rolled over into a new loan since there was still 9 months left of the lease however we were ok with that as long as it wasn't overboard. We were told it was going to be around $5,000 which was rolled over into the loan for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. We understood this was a trade in as well as the sales associate understanding the same, we later found out it was false. Fast forward a month we get a bill for another $4,000 from the leasing company for charges we were not made aware of. If we knew we were going to be over $9,000 owned on the lease we would have kept it. Not only that we have put around 3,000 miles on our new car and it has caused nothing but issues. Losing all power, all wheels locking up in the middle of the interstate. Nobody can figure out what's wrong with it, were stuck with a car that is having issues, stuck with over $9,000 in negative equity, and all the sales manager John has to say is that "im a liar I knew that it wasn't going to be a trade in it was going to be a lease termination". I have been trying to reach John for over a month at this point to discuss what was happening and he only called back because I said I was calling the dealership investigator. We also never got any of our copies for the paperwork including purchase agreement, warranty information, etc. Very dishonest, very slimy, and do not care about their customers they just care that they are selling cars. Shout out to Ryan, and John at Eau Claire Nissan for the absolute horrible experience and screwing us beyond belief. More

Brian, despite putting together multiple other deals, still had time to put me at ease as a first time car buyer before and during the process and also went above and beyond to make it a fun time. He scored maximum bonus points for bantering Fast and Furious quotes with me over the irony of being car guys and wanting to purchase a 100hp sub-compact with an auto transmission. Five stars! More
