Experience was great. We called looking for a Corolla for my daughter. After chatting Ryan looked at other options and suggested maybe a Camry for not much more $$. Ryan went out of his way to keep us posted on the Camry that we had deposit on ( delayed with rear seat belt issue) and gave us a couple options prior to getting the one we ended up with, which he also informed us of as soon as it was available. My husband and we're out shopping for a car. We went to a Subaru dealer first, I've always wanted an outback. Took it for a test drive and did not like the ride. The dealer was not very knowledgeable on the vehicle plus he was asking for a super high payment, we left there, we were tired and decided tomorrow was the day to get a car. We came to McGee Toyota and spoke to Ryan Roberts. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things Toyota. He is very experienced with this vehicle and told us a lot of things we did not know. We were skeptical about the hybrid model. There was no way we were getting an electric car. Ryan explained the difference between a hybrid and electric car. Our misconception was explained so there was no more confusion. Ryan was very cordial, it was a pleasure speaking and purchasing a vehicle from him.
