Had an appointment on Friday for basic oil change. They said I needed coolant and transmission fluid replace so I said sure. Had to keep car over night. Well joke on me. They didn’t do it correctly an They said I needed coolant and transmission fluid replace so I said sure. Had to keep car over night. Well joke on me. They didn’t do it correctly and got air in my engine. Almost hit people driving since breaks lock up when this happens. Called ford but no one could help. Left stranded on the side of the road. Still waiting for manager to call me to arrange a tow so they can fix their error. do not think I will ever be back. Very scary situation to be in for very careless/routine work. More
