Unfortunately, with my Hornet, I had to spend a lot of time in the service center at Serra CDJR Lake Orion. I've since sold the car and got a Grand Cherokee (love it!) from Serra Lake Orion. Between my Grand Cherokee and my Compass, I've been in recently for a couple of squawks. Chris Basha's team is attentive, diligent, knowledge, and they have a dogged determination to get the job done right! I will not take my cars, or my family's, anywhere else! More
