My back window exploded when I exited my garage. I hit nothing. Nothing hit me. I took it to the dealership Saturday 12/6/25. December 8 the dealership came back with a $4200.00 repair bill -not h I hit nothing. Nothing hit me. I took it to the dealership Saturday 12/6/25. December 8 the dealership came back with a $4200.00 repair bill -not honoring my factory warranty (my car is 3 years old) nor my extended warranty that I was assured covered my “car from stem to stern - anything even something as slight as a nick and we’ll fix it.” “Ms Mattson we ‘want’ to believe you that you didn’t hit anything…do you have any proof? Witnesses? What about neighbors camera? We’ve never heard of this”. I even spoke to service manager AJ Peoples on 12/11/25 who was going to speak to the “divisional Mercedes guy” who was due in the branch “to see what we can do”. He told me he’d get back to me around 12/15/25. Well… I’m still waiting. No one has gotten back to me. Shameful. I took my car to Caliber collision per my insurance company directives. Parts were ordered and supplied by Dick Deyer Mercedes and repairs were completed and my car returned to me 12/23/25. $2850. Dick Deyer should be ashamed. I expected so much more from Mercedes. What a way to do business. Not honoring either a factory or extended warranty then insinuating I’m a liar. More
