I came to this dealership after driving to Tampa and N Orlando to two dealerships only to have the numbers change after waiting to go to finance. Jay Jackson- GM, Charles Ayen- Sales rep. and Hans- wi Orlando to two dealerships only to have the numbers change after waiting to go to finance. Jay Jackson- GM, Charles Ayen- Sales rep. and Hans- with Finance were all great to work with. From start to finish I told them my experience with other dealerships the day prior and that if the numbers changed (interest rates/ car amount/ rebates/ out of pocket est.) I will walk. They were stunned that dealerships were using this old school bait and switch tactic and said we will be up front and honest to do what it takes to earn your business. The same shpeal that Fountain GMC out of Orlando and Car heros out of Tampa (the other two dealerships I went to) said to me. The bait and switch tactic happened with Mark Sliney from Fountain GMC on 4/24/21, Car heros truck was over priced and had a very strong odor of Cigars also on 4/24/21.... Jay/Charley and Hans were awesome to work with... they answered my questions quickly and we agreed on numbers while I was on my test drive. This is an awesome dealership I highly recommend if you are looking for a great car/truck buying experience without the BS you get from most dealerships come here to Tasca GMC.... guys like these are a rare find now a days! More

Great purchase experience I had a terrific experience buying a new Acadia at Tasca. From the moment I walked onto the lot until I drove off in my new car several weeks later ( I had a terrific experience buying a new Acadia at Tasca. From the moment I walked onto the lot until I drove off in my new car several weeks later (and interactions I've had since), the relationship has been wonderful. The sales associate, Joe, catered to my needs and didn't try to push me one way or the other. It was a consultative selling approach, which I appreciated. I also want to express my pleasure with the service department. The Acadia had a chip in the center console's wood grain, which Joe pointed out to me at the time of purchase. The GMC strike delayed arrival of the part, but as soon as it came in, I received a call from the service department. We scheduled the work for a time that was convenient for me and they provided a loaner. It took just a few hours for them to complete the repair. From sales to service, an all around great experience. More
