Upon arriving, Shannon introduced me to JJ, my salesperson and he was absolutely amazing. I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I wasn’t trying to go too much higher than my old car payment. JJ teamed up with Blake to see if there was something we could do to get me taken care and we were able to agree on a price that I was happy with. Afterwards when it came to adding additional warranties, Ryan assisted me; just like JJ and Blake, he was able to get me a good deal on additional warranties so now I have piece of mind knowing if anything happens to my vehicle, I’m covered. Thank you all for everything you all did. I am very happy with my purchase and I look forward to seeing you all again! More

I went to Fred Anderson Toyota to purchase my first ever new car. As soon as I walked in the door, an associate greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. My experience from there was more than phenomenal as Saara began walking us around the lot and getting a feel for what I wanted in a car. She quickly narrowed it down to a car I would like and took it for a test drive. She knew the Highlander inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions. Chris went way more than above and beyond with helping me out. I was having issues with finding insurance and he even got an insurance friend to come to the dealership and help me out with figuring out my ca out.
