Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are thieves. We bought a car in August and refinanced it almost immediately. Ryan St. John has been useless, claiming to be "in our corner" and yet doing nothing. He blames the delay on "Jennifer from accounting", who we have yet to hear from at all. We wonder if she even exists or if she is just a fictitious scapegoat to deflect blame from him. We have been told someone will get back to us, the check is in the mail, etc. No one is helping us. At this point, we are fairly certain we will have to take them to court to get the money owed to us. We are also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. More
