I will never hesitate to use Jim for my future purchases. He will be my first and only call. I also had a great experience with Richie as the New Car Sales Manager. Don’t get me wrong, I know what your thinking, “good” experience with a Manager. Yep…thats a fact. He is a no BS kind of guy. Straight shooter is how I like it. He too was always available to answer questions, and Richie and Jim always kept me in the loop during my 6/7 week wait for my 4runner to arrive. Bottom line, these guys are legit. Don’t even hesitate to reach out. Specifically you guys looking for TRD Pro’s out there. Super good to deal with, and HONEST. A pretty rare find in my experience with some “other” Toyota dealers.
