Last year I took my mother 2020 Nissan versa s to Nissan of Clearwater to have the a/c checked out because it was blowing hot air. They did a a/c diagnosis and said that I was low on refrigerant, so they ad of Clearwater to have the a/c checked out because it was blowing hot air. They did a a/c diagnosis and said that I was low on refrigerant, so they added refrigerant. A year later it happened again, the a/c started blowing hot again. So when I went in on Monday 8/4/2025 to have a oil change I informed the service manager ( Ryan Todd) with the tooth missing that the same problem I had last year with my a/c has started again and he said I have a leak somewhere. If I have a leak now, I had a leak last year when I got it checked. I asked him, being that I had it checked last year and y'all told me that it was just low on refrigerant, could I get a discount on checking it again? That racist xxx looked at me and told me no in a very nasty way! I walked away and tried to find the General Manager (Bruno Pignano) but didn't see him. I emailed the general manager and management but they won't respond. That racist xxx service manager should not be in that type of position. He handle that very unprofessional and disrespectful! My mother brought that car from there and it should be checked right everytime she bought it in. On three occasions they have not checked this car right, professionally and properly. Something has to be done to stop them from half checking these cars! And from getting mad and letting out that racist attitude when customers bring it to their attention. If you ask me, the general manager (Bruno Pignano) is defending this racist service manager and that means he is racist to. Do not deal with Nissan of Clearwater at all! Take your car to another dealer and have it rechecked when you leave that dealer! More
