Jacob is unreasonable and petty. A simple miscommunication became a large issue when Jacob would not return my deposit after my co-buyer decided not to sign the purchase agreement. L A simple miscommunication became a large issue when Jacob would not return my deposit after my co-buyer decided not to sign the purchase agreement. Literally had not put the deal through nor signed all the paperwork and he says the voluntary deposit I made to lower the overall cost is now non refundable. Would not recommend working with dealership on the sole basis of the GM. More
