This was probably the first time I left unsatisfied. I have always loved Price LeBlanc but this time I actually felt like "just another number." On top of needing much more work than I anticipated (wh I have always loved Price LeBlanc but this time I actually felt like "just another number." On top of needing much more work than I anticipated (which happens, I get it) my car came back to me smelling horrible and there were dirty hand prints in multiple areas. I keep my car clean. Left the dealership only to have to run it through a carwash and clean the inside. Wasn't very pleased that on top of subpar service, I got a dirty vehicle that smelled back. Sadly, I think I will head elsewhere for future service. The commitment to the customer (even in the smallest of ways) seems to be slipping. I am on my third pathfinder, but I am thinking it may be time to try something new once the time comes. I also now have a rattle when I start my car that wasn't there when I brought it in for service. I hate to sound all doom and gloom, but this visit really did a number on my confidence in the parts and service department. More
