Sergio is the best sales person. I came in told him my price range, told him my main concerns (driving in the winter) and within 20 mins he had me test driving my new car which is ev I came in told him my price range, told him my main concerns (driving in the winter) and within 20 mins he had me test driving my new car which is everything I asked for and more. The whole process was super easy and I would say quick. Now, the car that I picked out was in super amazing shape but it did have a cracked front end. Sergio made sure that before they dropped my car off for me that it was on order just waiting for me to schedule the follow up appointment. They dropped my car off to me after having it detailed with a full tank of gas to my work!! I was in the middle of my shift when they brought me my new car! To make it even better, they sent me a package of cookies! They were the most delicious cookies I have had in a long time and it really showed just how much they go above and beyond for their customers. 10 / 10 I have and will continue to be recommending D'Arcy to everyone and anyone looking for a car. More
