I made the detrimental mistake of purchasing a 2019 Honda odyssey from Cobb Luxury Cars on May 2, 2026. I took the van to my mechanic prior to purchase and he noted several things that needed to be fixed. The salesman, Sia, agreed to correct all of the issues. The items to be corrected were 1. Missing middle seat in middle row. 2. Front brake rotors 3. Back brake pads 4. Replace mirror housing on passenger side of car as it was broken. Sia told my husband and myself several times that all of these issues would be fixed. He told us that he could just order the missing seat (often referred to as a jump seat) online and their shop would handle the rest. Trusting anything out of Sia's mouth was the 1st mistake. The 2nd mistake was signing the papers before the work was completed and the seat was received. It took over 2 months worth of calling numerous times a day and visiting the car lot before anything was done. Sia, the salesman told me I was a liar and he never agreed to replace the seat. The manager, Ace, stood on the side of Sia and said they would not replace the seat. We paid the down-payment on 4/30 and signed the paperwork on 5/2. Both Sia and Ace lied and said that the rear break pads were fixed between 4/30 and 5/2. I have the invoice from my mechanic for rear brakes in July because the work was never done. Mid July I finally received my replacement mirror and they said they replaced the front rotors...as the rotors have RUST on them, clearly that was another lie. Two weeks ago I began having a problem with the engine fans continuing to run after the van was turned off. My mechanic found that one of the two fans was barely turning and actually burning itself out. Don't buy a car from Cobb Luxury Cars for your own sake. I now owe a fortune on a van that has no middle seat (about $450 to replace), cost me $450 for rear breaks, and almost $800 for a new fan to cool the motor and grounding wire. I spent a ridiculous amount of my time trying to get any response from the salesman and management. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them. They also have 15 complaints that have been filed with the Better Business Bureau. They have a 2.2 rating with BBB reviews. More

She was really able to help me leave with a car when I thought I wouldn’t get approved. Lower my monthly and overall cost of my car. Definitely would recommend. thought I wouldn’t get approved. Lower my monthly and overall cost of my car. Definitely would recommend. More

Simon was super helpful and knowledgeable and very personable. The rest of the staff seemed very distracted and we were standing around a lot. But got it done. personable. The rest of the staff seemed very distracted and we were standing around a lot. But got it done. More
