experience and the after-sale customer service have occupied entirely different universes. Our sales consultant, Sonny, was great, and we thought he

Our sales consultant, Sonny, was great, and we thought he was by far the best and most knowledgeable person we interacted with from the four dealerships we visited in our area in South Carolina and in Atlanta. We felt like we got a good deal, and we love our new Nissan. I do highly recommend working with Sonny if you decide to buy your car here.
Unfortunately, the customer service side after we signed our paperwork has been so dismissive and disrespectful that I can't recommend that you buy a Nissan from here. If you have a question or point of confusion (even if they're the ones who caused that confusion), after-sale customer "service" will treat you like an inconvenience who is too stupid to understand what they're saying, even if they've also already acknowledged that they don't necessarily understand the sales process in your state. They will be impatient, condescending, and rude, and then will refuse to acknowledge or apologize for that rudeness or the stress their miscommunications caused. I have purchased several cars, and I've never been made to feel like I was unwanted and unwelcome before, just because I wanted answers to reasonable questions. I understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes, which is why I'm not calling anyone specific out for their negative behavior, but--especially if you're a South Carolina buyer--I don't recommend you buy your car from here. The after-sale experience has thoroughly soured us on Mike Rezi Nissan, which is a real shame, because Sonny left a fantastic first impression.
