Overall, I had a positive experience with Aaron Automotive Group. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m., but I arrived about two hours early because I was unsure how long traffic from Los Angeles to C Automotive Group. The staff was very understanding and let me know the vehicle was still going through its final inspection and minor adjustments. Rather than wait, we started the paperwork, and later they suggested I go to lunch while they finished preparing the car. The staff stayed in communication and let me know when the vehicle was almost ready. The only part that could have been smoother was the final payment process. I was given three slightly different amounts, which resulted in having to void two checks. I also received a call afterward saying I might need to return for a smog check, but it turned out the smog check had already been completed. These were minor communication issues and did not change my overall experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and patient throughout the process. I’m happy with the vehicle and appreciate their help in getting everything completed. More

Forced financing even though I was paying cash. Hours to complete the process. After I paid it off immediately they failed to send the pink slip in a timely fashion required by law. I seriously question the integrity of the 5 star reviews, would be nice to find a way to verify them. Do not do business with any of their dealerships or you will pay the price, literally! More

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I was forced to buy vendor packages with the statement it is the way they keep their prices down. I wanted the car so I had no choice. I waited for hours and hours as they tried to figure out how to install these vendor packages (like an electronic license plate). Also waited cause finance couldn't figure out how to use their computer system. He was new and the system was new, but there was no one to help him. Also received a due bill to have scratches fixed by their service department. Also told them the power steering wheel adjuster and the am/FM antenna are not working. Was told service would call me to schedule an appointment. 3 months later, still no call and no appointment. Called my sales person and now he recommends I go to my local Chrysler dealer to get them fixed, even though AARON sold me the car. What a joke. Just overall bad experience here.
