Three hours and twenty minutes for an oil change. We had our tires rotated less than two weeks earlier, at our home dealership, but Gettel decided we needed them rotated. They did not ask. Excellent staff. Highly recommended. Made me feel very comfortable. Unable to fined the rattle in my dash. This was due to the fact that it would not rattle so they c Highly recommended. All was good except one thing. The repair guy was taking time off and did not finish the job. I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment to finish the job. I usually have a great experience. But on this day they were very late on my appointment time which was frustrating because I booked it for early in the morning because of things I had But on this day they were very late on my appointment time which was frustrating because I booked it for early in the morning because of things I had to get done. The lady who took my information was not very welcoming. Then I asked for a courtesy Carwash and I came back to pick the car up and the car was not cleaned. I asked the lady who helped me why the car wasn’t cleaned and she said “well I wrote it on the paperwork”. So I left. More
