This was my first new car buying experience. It got off on a bumpy start. All of the sales people and staff made sure my needs were met tell I was happy. Not the smoothest buying experience. Matt was amazing. Quick response, didn't try to sell extras, got to the bottom line of - yes this price works or doesn't work - efficiently. We have had nightmares at both neighboring and local dealerships. One tried to sell $5000 worth of unneeded goods, others were rude and demeaning. Matt was polite, easy to work with, and made us feel valued. Shottenkirk is roughly two hours from where we live but we are going back there for our next car! More

Was contacted by phone from Phillip, on an inquiry made though the internet the night before. Phillip worked with me over the phone on a trade/purchase. He was professional, prompt and patient. Drove from Roseville to the Davis dealership just before closing. SiGi and Matt assisted with finalizing the deal. Paperwork was already completed, just put some final touches on deal. Great service.
