My sales person was Mike Tovar. Mike did an absolutely excellent job in showing me all aspects of the new 2020 ford explorer that I purchased from Skyline ford.In particular the new explorer has the Ford excellent job in showing me all aspects of the new 2020 ford explorer that I purchased from Skyline ford.In particular the new explorer has the Ford Alexa which Mike spent over 2 hours with me getting it to work properly, which he finally did. For me it was a very good car buying experience and Mike was a a huge part of that. . More

So impressed with the whole dealership. I was by no means a high dollar customer and yet I was treated as though I was. They even delivered my car to the coast after fixing a small issue. We used the COSTCO buying program and there was a little confusion when we were first handed off from the online person to the actual people at the dealership. We also had not purchased a car in 20 years so we were not familiar with how the manufacturer rebates and financing work. But that was quickly cleared up. We felt like we were treated professionally, honestly and respectfully. Excellent customer service. We are very pleased with the deal we got and recommend both Skyline Ford and COSTCO More
