On my way home on a Sunday evening my car started smoking. I got a tow to a close friends house and Monday morning I called and explained what the problem was while I was waiting for another tow to t smoking. I got a tow to a close friends house and Monday morning I called and explained what the problem was while I was waiting for another tow to the dealership. My car arrived around 1pm on Monday. By 2pm I received a phone call letting me know I needed a new radiator, that they needed to order one and what the cost would be. By 11:20am Tuesday morning my car was fixed, cleaned and they had even replaced one of my running lights that never seemed to be very bright. Considering I had been in panic mode since Sunday night, having the assurance and calm professional demeanor of everyone there helped make what could have been a nightmare into something that was just a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for taking care of me, my Jeep and restoring my faith in wonderful, honest, service even when it's last minute. More

I absolutely loved that the gentleman in service called me, knowing of the recall, that he had the part in hand, and that I most recently bought the Hornet. I have NEVER in all of my years of buying, pred me, knowing of the recall, that he had the part in hand, and that I most recently bought the Hornet. I have NEVER in all of my years of buying, predominantly GM products, been treated so well. I give him the 5 star rating because he could not have done anything else, MORE PERFECTLY, in my opinion. Hats off to him, being treated like this will keep me coming back to this dealership!!!!! More
