Lied about who got financing. Sales man said we were approved drove it home went back 2 days later to finish paperwork and my husband signed first and asked why I (his wife)didn’t need to sign and the m approved drove it home went back 2 days later to finish paperwork and my husband signed first and asked why I (his wife)didn’t need to sign and the man said oh she’s not on the loan but yet I am the one who did the deal drove it home. My husband was never there the first day. I cried that night cuz I was so excited that I was finally able to get a brand new car plus help my credit but no I was lied to. Now having a problem with the headlight and having a black spot took it in they adjusted it. That night driving home spot was still there so I took pictures and videos to show them. I texted the salesman who helped me and never got a reply so the next day I called service and the man I dealt with told me to text him the pics and video so I did. He said he would show the shop foreman and let me know. NEVER HEARD BACK ALMOST 2 weeks later. Now 2 days ago I was driving around a parking lot and kept smelling antifreeze but engine was not running hot. Husband took it back in today and now the claim they can’t adjust the headlight anymore and the antifreeze smell. He was told oh it’s just antifreeze getting on the engine. xxx?? It’s a BRAND NEW 2021 Nissan Rogue!! I am paying $40,000 and they won’t fix!! Won’t go back!! More
