Really enjoyed working with Merza. First started looking at Volvo about 8 months ago and things kept coming up. Merza stayed in touch until we were ready. Came in and took a test drive First started looking at Volvo about 8 months ago and things kept coming up. Merza stayed in touch until we were ready. Came in and took a test drive. He took as long as needed to answer our questions. We had to wait 5 weeks for it to come in and we kept in touch on progress the whole time. Finally came in to pick it up and it was ready to go. He went over everything and programmed the electronics. Took over an hour but we were excited that we did not need to figure it out. Best car buying experience in my life! More
