First of all - great choice in games: COD Black Ops, all the way! Secondly, Sal does do a phenomenal job taking care of our guests - thanks for recognizing him - which is why we were so surprised that there was any issue with the quote, and pricing. We do apologize if there was any misunderstanding; however, the cost of all services advertised is before shop supplies and taxes. Our staff are trained to communicate that fact, and it is also printed on the signed repair order and on written estimates.
