Sales rep Russ was one of the only people at this dealership that went out of his way to take care of a past customer. He responded immediately and was very professional. He wasn’t even the one who sold me a vehicle in the past but treated me like I just purchased one. Be sure to not trust the finance manager there. He sold me a warranty “ bump to bumper” which apparently doesn’t exist and said he was “hooking” me up. I trusted his word and come to find out, he hooked up his pockets instead of the customer. Now I am paying for something that should have been covered with the “bumper to bumper”. Dealing with him recently was like trying to get 20 bucks from a crack head. Nothing but excuses from him and did not take the situation serious. Delacy Ford should hold standards and customers over big head finance mangers who don’t care what they say to get a deal signed. He should be held accountable for the repair costs I am now responsible for even after spending 4k on a warranty. Shame on him. More
