I realized afterward I was home that DeLacy not only had removed the factory floor mats but also had removed the rear wheel well liners! ( not the front ones). You could tell because it had been undercoated removed the factory floor mats but also had removed the rear wheel well liners! ( not the front ones). You could tell because it had been undercoated but no undercoating was where the liner would have shielded the wheel well area. Just a really petty and shifty behavior. More

Vehicle was as advertised except for a couple features that salesman later said were not on that model. Finance person was way too hard sell on extended warranty. Not a good testimony for Ford product tha that salesman later said were not on that model. Finance person was way too hard sell on extended warranty. Not a good testimony for Ford product that he’s saying it is going to have a costly failure in just 24,000 miles beyond the factory warranty. Once I reevaluated at home then he stalled on cancelling and reimbursing me. More

Sales rep Russ was one of the only people at this dealership that went out of his way to take care of a past customer. He responded immediately and was very professional. He wasn’t even the one who s dealership that went out of his way to take care of a past customer. He responded immediately and was very professional. He wasn’t even the one who sold me a vehicle in the past but treated me like I just purchased one. Be sure to not trust the finance manager there. He sold me a warranty “ bump to bumper” which apparently doesn’t exist and said he was “hooking” me up. I trusted his word and come to find out, he hooked up his pockets instead of the customer. Now I am paying for something that should have been covered with the “bumper to bumper”. Dealing with him recently was like trying to get 20 bucks from a crack head. Nothing but excuses from him and did not take the situation serious. Delacy Ford should hold standards and customers over big head finance mangers who don’t care what they say to get a deal signed. He should be held accountable for the repair costs I am now responsible for even after spending 4k on a warranty. Shame on him. More

We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick at Delacy Ford. Sal Khan was an AMAZING salesperson! We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and he went out of his way to make the deal h Ford. Sal Khan was an AMAZING salesperson! We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and he went out of his way to make the deal happen for us. Honestly, you don't find that type of customer service out there as much anymore. My husband is very happy with his new truck! Thank you Sal! More
