I discovered them by chance while searching for trucks online, but it was the exceptional personal service from Josee Weese that truly set them apart from the experience I had with my local Ford dealerships. When I learned they did not have the exact model I wanted, Josee and Terry Mills, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to locate it for me. They found the perfect match: the right color, the right model, and the 5th wheel upgrade I needed. It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but they made it happen. When I arrived a week later to pick up my truck, Josee wasn’t available that day, but Austin Anderson stepped in and provided the same outstanding care and expertise. He answered all my technical questions about the truck after I had driven it home. He even sent me a short video to explain. My husband and I just bought a jeep from here, we both dreaded going to a dealership, but Carla was hands down amazing! She was very nice, and knowledgeable, she was not pushy at all, and that’s why we bo dreaded going to a dealership, but Carla was hands down amazing! She was very nice, and knowledgeable, she was not pushy at all, and that’s why we both dreaded it, we hate pushy people trying to sell something. She genuinely helped us, we test drove it and told her we had one more to look at that evening, she asked if we had the info and even printed out a carfax on the jeep at her lot and the other one that we were headed to look at, she encouraged us to go ahead and look at the other one before we made up our minds, we got to the other place and the sales man told us he was coming out, but left us standing outside for quite sometime, we ultimately left and had decided that evening we would contact Carla the next morning, she was off that day, but still helped us, had the car taken iff of the lot until we could get everything situated and get there, and had everything set up for a co worker to help. The co worker Mandi had reached out to us, and was very nice, we arrived and were immediately greeted and taken to Mandi, she was great also. Our whole experience was quick and easy and with no hassle. I would recommend this dealership, Carla and/or Mandi to anyone, they were both great to work with. More
