Lori was great. I called first to ask about the vehicle and she had it already waiting on me to test drive. Financing was also amazing. Kathleen Lisa worked with us and we got a great deal on our trade as well as a new truck. 2 days later...we decided to also update out other car. We checked around for a Bronco Sport not getting a good price or good trade elsewhere, we called Kathleen about our issue. She had a deal all figured out when we got there. Yes we had to order. took 4 months and in final paper work she found us a rebate that made the deal even better. Any one needing a new or used truck or car, must go to Jacky Jones Sweetwater and ask for Kathleen. She is awesome, knowledgeable, and she made the whole process FUN! Once she gets things set up, she turns you over to Caren Bishop in finance! Caren went over all the options and explained everything. They make a great team, the Dynamic Duo! More
