We were greeted in the parking lot by sales professional Sam Castaneda and he was very willing to assist my family and I with our vehicle needs. The sale process went quickly as we were presented with the vehicle, financing plan and delivery time we wanted in a matter of a few hours. The 2026 Chevrolet Trax was for my son as he needed a new car right away for work and he was able to pick up his new ride the following morning. My son ran into a delay with insurance from his insurance company and the management at Lakewood offered him one of their dealer plates and insurance so he could get on with his day. My wife, son and I were very pleased as it was lots of fun working with Sam and the overall car buying experience was made easy for us. In addition Lakewood Chevrolet is opening their new state of the art dealership by Costco and it will have a express oil change department which is convenient in today's busy world. More

Finance guy was nice but felt pressured in getting extra protection plans which after reading doesn't tell me much other than what it doesn't cover. Dealership was unwilling to work with me at first and was giving me ridiculously low trade in value for my vehicle. It took me getting a bit mad and upset at them in order for them to actually work with me a giving me ridiculously low trade in value for my vehicle. It took me getting a bit mad and upset at them in order for them to actually work with me and give me a deal on a new vehicle that was actually fair. I felt pressured a lot of the time in the deal and Woodson stop getting calls from them. Overall, I was not impressed with the service at all and did not like how I was pressured through the stages of the deal. More
