My girlfriend and I just purchased a 2022 XC60 R-Design Recharge. From the start, the dealership was fantastic. I was thankfully connected with Hajira and she made an outstanding first impression. Very kno Recharge. From the start, the dealership was fantastic. I was thankfully connected with Hajira and she made an outstanding first impression. Very knowledgeable, willing to help/provide advice, and a great personality. When we visited the dealership for a second appointment, we were connected with Sam, who was wonderful in providing vehicles to test drive and ultimately lead us to exactly what we were looking for. When we returned to purchase our new vehicle, Hajira was thorough in explaining the paperwork and made sure everything was lining up perfectly. Above all, Hajira's communication was exactly what every customer is looking for from a dealership. She is prompt, provides follow-up, and checks in on us. Would definitely recommend this dealership, but more importantly, ask for Hajira or Sam!! More

And absolutely no follow-up from the dealership after buying the car. Whole experience simply sucked! My brothers also purchased an XC90, and referred me… no one thanked him provided any referral credit. Maybe one line is the better alternative when I shop for my wives xc60 hybrid. Will not use Volvo of Lisle! More
