From the GM Sam Rhineberger to the sales representative Fred Henry my experience was wonderful. Both Sam and Fred went above and beyond to locate a 2017 GMC Sierra with a crew cab, silver in color, and set up to tow. Have always liked Jim Browne's service department and felt very comfortable in purchasing another truck. Javier Rivera, in service, is very knowledgeable, honest and very efficient. He represents the service end of Jim Browne wonderfully. Sam Garcia was a joy to work with in terms of the endless paper work. Sam's sense of humor in processing the paper was enjoyable. The staff represents a high degree of professionalism and knowledge, plus they are there to assist you and not just sell you a vehicle. Have been a GMC client for most of my adult life and have enjoyed the vehicles that I have purchased both in Connecticut and here in Florida. The quality of the vehicle is apparent and I like the addition of the rear seat reminder when exiting the vehicle especially here in Florida. More

I considered other dealerships but in speaking with many friends who have bought from Jim Browne in the past, there really was no question who I should get in contact with. I found the vehicle I liked online, did some research on what I felt was a good deal, what others were paying and what I should expect to pay, etc. before I went into the dealership. I reached out to Chris who put me in touch with Sam R and Elvis to get the ball rolling. We test drove then sat down to work out a deal. Again, I had run the numbers for what I thought was a good deal and they came back on the first try with even a better deal than I could have imagined! The process was super easy, no games at all, no back and forth, just a good honest deal on the first try. I couldn't be happier with how easy it was. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the industry and the prices the dealership offers cannot be beat. In today's hectic world, time is precious and we all know the car buying experience can be time consuming ... one of my favorite qualities about Jim Browne Dade City is that they seem to understand the customers needs and wants and if the customer is truly there to complete the deal, it will be done fast and efficiently! I just purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership, both used cars but from the looks of them you would not be able to tell. I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroads edition and a 2017 Jeep Compass. Sam Rhineberger helped to find the exact cars within my budget that I needed and was able to set me up to finish the deal with Elvis Rosado and Sam Garcia. All 3 of the gentleman took the time needed to ensure my happiness with the deals they were offering. I couldn't have asked for much more! Hands down the best dealership within the Tampa Bay area and definitely worth the drive if you're a bit out of the way!! I will NEVER go anywhere else! More
