Went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales associate (Sam Rodriguez) listened to my specifics and along with Justin Fischer (sales manager) searched throughout the state to try and The sales associate (Sam Rodriguez) listened to my specifics and along with Justin Fischer (sales manager) searched throughout the state to try and find the exact vehicle but it wasn’t available. I started looking at a model on the lot and was happy to find a close 2nd. Sam was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, friendly, funny and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all the features and set up the app on my phone. The entire process (including financing) was seamless. Got a great SUV for a great deal. Go to Kia Country Manteca if you want to feel comfortable asking a million questions and not having any pressure to make a purchase. Also, glad I only have to drive a few blocks to the service dept. Highly recommended!! More

Great staff but the process is way too long. It took a little over 6 hours just to purchase a car.
